Șuior Area

Șuior is, by excellence, a winter mountain resort. It is remarcable mainly because of the amenities offered to those who love sports specific to this season.

Situated on the north mountainside of the Mogoșa Mountain, the ski slopes of the Șuior Tourist Complex are of 3600 m length and are quoted as being of medium difficulty. The areas with smoother portions happily alternate with those of higher difficulty and this is kind of magic, offering more adrenaline to the skiers who want more excitement.

Ski Slopes and Amenities

The departure station for the chairlift is situated at merely 50 m from the terrace of the restaurant.

The slopes are provided with:

Facility to produce artificial snow on a length of 3600 m;
Nighttime facility on a length of 1500 m;
One chairlift facility with a capacity of 1200 persons/hour, provided with SKYDATA access system;
A high power snowcat, for levelling the slopes;

The resort has a center for renting ski or snowboard equipment, provided with aroound 250 complete equipments.

For beginers and children we have fitted a SLOPE FOR BEGINERS of 130 m, provided with a state-of-art conveyor belt.

The ski instructors are permanently present on the slopes, ready to initiate those who are interested in the secrets of this wonderful sport.

The park offers alternatives that are equally engaging and spectacular for those who do not wish to go skiing: a straight tubing track of 150 m, a sinusoidal track of 120 m and a trampoline with landing on BIGAIRBAG. We offer you the ambient and the equipment, you bring the courage and the good vibes… are for all of us.

Rates

The chairlift operates daily during the interval: 8:00 - 22:00. Starts are made EVERY FIXED HOUR. Those who do not reach the fixed time on the platform will ONLY be able to get on at the next hour.
